Pita Pocket Greek Sandwich

Chicken patty, tomato, cucumber, red onion and dairy-free Tzatziki sauce in a whole grain pita.

Ingredients

  • 1 each
    Gold Kist® FC Whole Grain Breaded MWWM Fillets 30#
  • 1 each
    Whole wheat Pita
  • 1 tbsp
    Low sodium Tzatziki sauce
  • 3 each
    Cucumber slices
  • 1 each
    Tomato slices

Method

  1. Heat Gold Kist® chicken according to box instructions.

  2. Cut Pita in half and insert half chicken fillet in each half.

  3. Put cucumber slices, tomato, and Tzatziki sauce into each half of pita sandwich.

  4. Enjoy a delicious fresh sandwich.
