Mexican Chicken Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 case
    Gold Kist® Fully Cooked Fajita Strip
  • 1 case
    Flatbread whole grain rich 6 X 6-inch square
  • 2 case
    Enchilada Sauce
  • 2 bags
    Feather shredded Mild Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 2 case
    RTE flame-roasted sweet corn & peppers blend

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Bake Gold Kist® Fajita Strips according to package instructions

  3. Thaw flatbread according to package instructions.

  4. Cook roasted corn according to package instructions.

  5. Spread 2 oz. enchilada sauce on flatbread.

  6. Spread a heaping #2 spoodle of Gold Kist® Fajita Strip onto flatbread.

  7. Spead heaping #3 spoodle of roasted corn mix on flatbread.

  8. Sprinkle #1 spoodle of cheese onto flatbread.

  9. Bake until cheese is melted.

  10. Serve.
