Ingredients
- 1 caseGold Kist® Fully Cooked Fajita Strip
- 1 caseFlatbread whole grain rich 6 X 6-inch square
- 2 caseEnchilada Sauce
- 2 bagsFeather shredded Mild Cheddar & Monterey Jack cheese blend
- 2 caseRTE flame-roasted sweet corn & peppers blend
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake Gold Kist® Fajita Strips according to package instructions
Thaw flatbread according to package instructions.
Cook roasted corn according to package instructions.
Spread 2 oz. enchilada sauce on flatbread.
Spread a heaping #2 spoodle of Gold Kist® Fajita Strip onto flatbread.
Spead heaping #3 spoodle of roasted corn mix on flatbread.
Sprinkle #1 spoodle of cheese onto flatbread.
Bake until cheese is melted.
Serve.
