Ingredients
- 1 caseGold Kist® Fully Cooked Fajita Strip
- 1 caseLow fat whole grain macaroni and cheese
- 2 cansDiced green chiles, mild
- 2 bagsReduced fat shredded cheddar cheese (for garnish)
- 1 batchPico de Gallo (see recipe below)
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake Gold Kist Fajita strips according to package instructions.
Hold at 145°F until service.
Make macaroni and cheese according to package instructions.
Stir in green chiles to macaroni and cheese.
Use #6 spoodle to serve macaroni and cheese.
Add heaping #2 spoodle of chicken to the top of the macaroni and cheese.
Garnish with 1 teaspoon of cheese and 1/4 cup of Pico de Gallo.
Serve with a smile.
