South of The Boarder Hoagie

A toasty warm sandwich that is full of chicken, and cheese with a little spice.

Ingredients

  • 1 case
    Gold Kist® Fully Cooked Fajita Strip
  • 1 bag
    Jalapeno cheese sauce
  • 4 bag
    RTE flame-roasted unseasoned peppers & onions blend

Method

  1. Heat Gold Kist® Fajita Strip according to package instructions.

  2. Thaw vegetable blend and heat in the method that is best for your operation.

  3. Heat cheese sauce according to package instructions.

  4. Prepare Hoagies according to package instructions.

  5. Toast the inside of the hoagies for 3-5 minutes, until a little golden brown.

  6. Assemble, 1 hoagie with a heaping #2 spoodle of Fajita Strip, #6 spoodle of Vegetable mix, and cheese sauce.

  7. Serve hot!
